1. Delivery Times
- Main Centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that deliveries occur during normal working hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination address. Promos or free delivery thresholds will apply automatically when active on https://berkeleyandco.co.za/.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link to monitor your parcel in real-time.
4. Delivery Protocol
Orders will be delivered to the physical address specified during checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the address to sign for the parcel.
