Refund & Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns (30-Day Window)
If you change your mind about an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and components are intact.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable item (e.g., swimwear, underwear, customized goods).
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect within 6 months of delivery:
- Contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue.
- We will collect the defective item for inspection.
- If confirmed defective, you may choose a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your banking provider's processing times.
4. Return Shipping Fees
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, Berkeley & Co. will cover return shipping costs. For "change of mind" returns, the customer may be responsible for courier charges associated with returning the item.
